Dear Immersive Van Gogh Las Vegas ticket holder,

I am the producer of Immersive Van Gogh Las Vegas. I am writing to you today to announce a second delay for our opening in Las Vegas, and offer my sincerest apologies for this inconvenience.

We will now open on September 15th

This delay is the result of unanticipated issues as we work to complete our venue in Las Vegas. In particular, supply chain issues related to air-conditioning units which have been delayed due to COVID-19. We are disappointed that the county is not allowing us to install temporary event air-conditioning while we wait for the permanent units to arrive.

Our production is a massive multi-million dollar installation on a scale beyond touring exhibitions, which will feature the incredible talents of Massimiliano Siccardi whose immersive installations have sold millions of tickets in Europe and David Korins who is known for his award-winning set design work (including the sets of the musical Hamilton).

This delay is frustrating for our artistic team who are excited to open their first Las Vegas show, as well as our operations team who are anxious to start their new jobs and welcome you to our venue at The Shops at Crystals – and, of course, it is most frustrating for you, our valued ticket holders.

Our foremost concern is your satisfaction, and to this end we have prepared different options for you:

1.

Your ticket has been rescheduled to a new date, which you will receive via email from the ticketing agency Universe. Please check your spam/junk/promotions folders as the tickets do sometimes get filtered there.

If this date works for you, you need do nothing other than come with your tickets on that date. We can’t wait to welcome you!

2.

If this date does not work for you, you can reschedule your visit to a date that suits you here:

3.

If you prefer, and you are traveling this summer, we will also honor your ticket at our exhibits which are currently running in Toronto, San Francisco, Chicago, Los Angeles, or New York. Simply visit vangoghvegas.com/postpone-reschedule and request that your ticket be exchanged for a different city in the notes section. For a list of all our cities, visit vangoghexhibit.com

4.

If none of the above works for you, you can receive a refund for your tickets by emailing ticketing@vangoghvegas.com. Our team is dealing with a high volume of queries, but they are working tirelessly to respond to every email – and will get back to you.

We hope that you will choose to visit our exhibit once we open in September, when we promise to present an extraordinary immersive production!

We thank you for your patience and loyalty, and promise that Immersive Van Gogh Las Vegas will be worth the wait.

Best,

Corey Ross
