I BOUGHT MY TICKETS BUT…

I need to reschedule

To reschedule your tickets, please visit our Change of Date Request page.

Dates and tickets are subject to availability. Requests must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled attendance time.

If you purchased the Flex option, you won’t be charged for your reschedule.

If you have not purchased the Flex option, a $9.99 fee plus tax will be applied per ticket to change the date or time.

Last-minute Change of Date requests will not be honored. 

In exceptional circumstances, a $9.99 fee will be applied for requests submitted less than 48 hours from your scheduled time slot.

I want to upgrade or downgrade

Please contact our box office to upgrade your tickets prior to arrival.

Unfortunately, we cannot downgrade tickets, and we don’t know why you would want to!

I want to change the name on them

Changes of names are not required for entry. The name on the ticket(s) in your order is that of the person who made the purchase and that information suffices for our customer records. The tickets are not checked against ID at the venue and therefore, anyone who has access to the tickets can use them. 

I never received them

If you have purchased tickets to Immersive Van Gogh directly through our website, but have not yet received your tickets, please use our Ticket Resend Tool.

 

If the Ticket Resend Tool was not able to find your order, your original order email may have a typo in it. Please contact our box office to have this rectified.

 

Please check your spam/junk folder before contacting the box office.

A group discount is available for groups of 10 or more. Please visit our group ticket page for pricing and availability.

 

For groups larger than 50 people, please contact our box office for assistance.

Discounts


We have military, senior (over 65), and student discounts available.This discount is only available for purchases made on-site and cannot be applied to advanced tickets purchased online. Identification is required and the discount only applies to one ticket and not the whole order.

We also offer tickets at a reduced price during our quieter (Off Peak) hours of operation. Please check out the calendar on our website for these Off Peak dates and times.

Includes: Experience Admission.

 

CHILD (6-16yrs)

Includes: Experience Admission. Valid for children up to & including 16yrs of age.

 

Children aged 5 years and under no ticket is required.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times throughout the exhibit.

Prohibited & Permissible Personal Items

We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the collection, all bags entering or leaving the exhibit, including purses, are subject to inspection.

 

Backpacks and duffle bags are not permitted in the exhibit.

Accessibility

Exhibit & Venue

Accessibility Vehicle Drop Off is located across from the Aria hotel, and customers can be dropped off at the Level 2 entrance at the Aria drop off.

Parking

The Shops at Crystals is proud to provide exceptional accessibility throughout the entire center, including The Crystals Valet and at each center entrance. As the exhibit is on the third floor, patrons must take the elevator up or down to this level.

Sensory Advisory

This experience may contain bright and flashing lights that may cause discomfort for people with photosensitive epilepsy. There may also be loud music and effects. Viewer discretion is advised.

Part of the immersive experience is the music which can at times be loud. This may cause discomfort for people with sensitive hearing. Earplugs are available upon request.

Seating & Mobility Aids

Wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters are all permitted.

Support Persons

Patrons supporting persons with disabilities receive free admission to the exhibit and do not require a ticket for entry. At no time will a patron with a disability who is accompanied by a support person be prevented from having access to their support person while on the exhibit premises.

Service Animals

Service animals are permitted, but please be advised that the volume and visuals may be uncomfortable for animals. For non-traditional service animals please contact us.

Masks

Masks are not required for entry to the exhibit. They are optional for staff and guests in accordance with current legislation.

We encourage all patrons to follow safety recommendations such as social distancing, frequent hand washing, and staying at home if they are not feeling well.

Bathrooms

The venue does not have restrooms. Restrooms are located a short walk down the hallway outside of the gallery entrance. 

Exhibit Hours

The exhibit opens 15 minutes before the first entry time of the day and closes 20 minutes after the start time of the last entry time of the day.  For entry times, please see the ticketing calendar when you click BUY TICKETS.

Lighthouse ArtSpace Las Vegas is located on Level 3 of The Shops at Crystals Mall – 3720 S. Las Vegas Boulevard (adjacent to Aria Resort & Casino)

Free valet parking is available at Crystals within the following hours:

Directions & Transit Information

Adjacent to the famed Las Vegas Strip, The Shops at Crystals is just a short and complimentary tram ride on the ARIA Express from the Bellagio, Vdara, Park MGM and ARIA Resort & Casino. The gallery is located on the third level of the mall, and the elevator is on the left side when you enter the mall from valet parking. A tip on how to get to the valet: When you turn onto Aria Way, you will have multiple choices of which direction to take. Take the lane marked “Crystals/Veer” and that will lead you to the valet parking entrance. Valet parking is free (Monday to Sunday, 10 AM to 11 PM).
